Hey, its (name) with Enevive. I wanted to call and check how your installation went.

-Just a reminder that you are responsible to re-order your soaps yearly. We have placed this years' order for you. Moving forward, if you miss a year, you lose a year per the soap company policy. You will also get a text reminder from us, we also recommend putting it in your calendar each year.

-We will reach out to you when you are due for your annual service. You should have gotten a welcome email with all of this information as well!

-You should have received a Water Certification box. Please wait 2 weeks after your installation, then follow the instructions inside to send us your water samples. This helps us ensure that the equipment is working up to our standard!
