I received the tap water sample that you mailed in to our research division, and I have your test results ready. Is this a good time for you to chat?
I see that you live at (address), is that correct?
How long have you been living there?

Great, thanks for that.
We were able to run 1 test on your water sample.
The test is called the TDS test, which stands for Total Dissolved Solids.
Let me explain what the test means, and then I'll give you your test result score, is that ok?
TDS measures things like air pollution, soil and tiny rock particles, heavy metals like lead, also arsenic, sewage, street runoff, treatment additives like fluoride, and even tiny particles from old pipes.
Does that make sense?
Just for reference:
-Rainwater, before it passes through the atmosphere, has a TDS score of zero.
-Anything that is 20 TDS or lower is considered pure.
-Many European countries have a TDS limit of 100 ppm.
Basically, that means there are a lot of things in your water...that are not water. Make sense?
Your result came back at:
Along with your water sample, you also submitted a short research survey. I'd Like to review what you already shared and ask just a couple more questions to see if you qualify for additional testing and more detailed data about your water.
Sound good?
It looks like you said ___ to ___
Just a few more quick questions - there are no right or wrong answers.
So, (first name) based on your answers, I think you're and excellent candidate for additional testing.
Everything I am about to tell you is completely free without a sales pitch. We'll send a research analyst to your home to do additional testing, share our research and findings, and go over your water toxicology report. It only takes 29 minutes, and again - it's completely free with zero sales pitch. This is called our Discovery Meeting.
(if softener): While we're there we will also sanitize your softener for you at no cost for simply letting us share the info.
