-For private wells, our process is a little different from city water. Well water can have a wide variety of contaminants. Having your exact water chemistry is essential for us to make the best filtration or purification recommendations.

-We typically start with a Full Spectrum Well Water Test, which costs $399. If you'd like to move forward, we will send you an invoice. Once the invoice is paid, we'll ship you the test kit.

-From the time you return the sample, results usually take about 3 weeks. When the results come in, we'll schedule a consultation to review your specific water report and help match your priorities with solutions that fit your budget.

-If you decide to purchase a system through us, we'll apply the full cost of the test as a discount toward your purchase.

-Because we are a research firm, we usually start by giving people the research and information about the toxins in their water and how it may be affecting your family's health in a 29 minute meeting with no sales pitch.

-But since you are looking for solutions right now, you may want to bypass that and go straight to a consultation where we still share information, but we also customize you a plan based on what's in your water, what you want to get out of the water, and on your budget.

-This is a free meeting.

-We don't discuss products in this meeting, it is strictly research and information.

-It takes 29 minutes (out of respect for your time, we time ourselves).

For residents outside of Utah, we can mail you a free water test kit (valued at $39) if you will hold your first appointment. Once you mail it back we will do the testing together virtually. We can schedule it now for 10 days out. That should give us enough time to receive your samples back. *
