-For private wells, our process is a little different from city water. Well water can have a wide variety of contaminants. Having your exact water chemistry is essential for us to make the best filtrations or purification recommendations.
-We typically start with a Full Spectrum Well Water Test, which costs $399. If you'd like to move forward, we will send you an invoice. Once the invoice is paid, we'll ship you the test kit.
-From the time you return the sample, results usually take about 3 weeks. When the results come in, we'll schedule a consultation to review your specific water report and help match your priorities with solutions that fit your budget.
-If you decide to purchase a system through us, we'll apply the full cost of the test as a discount toward your purchase.
So... Based on what you've just told me, I would like to connect you with a research analyst. They will explain your water toxicology report and give you the latest research on the toxins in your water that may be affecting your health.
-This is a free Discovery Meeting.
-We don't discuss products in this meeting, it is strictly research and information.
-It takes 29 minutes (out of respect for your time, we time ourselves).

Based on what you've shared, we have two types of meetings that are completely unique and free.
-Because we are a research firm, we usually start by giving people the research and information about the toxins in their water and how it may be affecting your family's health in 29 minute meeting with no sales pitch. This is called our Discovery Meeting.
-Since you are looking for solutions, we can bypass the discovery meeting and go straight to a consultation where we still share information, but we also customize you a plan based on what's in your water, what you want to get out of the water, and on your budget. I would say to plan on 60-90 minutes for the consultation. However, I do recommend doing the discovery meeting first.
-Both meeting are free because we believe everyone has the right to know what is in their water. What we get out of it is the feedback research.
